Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-4 business days depending on your location. For locations that are in the interiors or in the difficult coverage areas, this may take between 7-10 working days. We offer prepaid orders & cash on delivery. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at glamupbeauty9@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. 

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Glamup beauty will refund/ replace products that have a defect, are damaged, or do not match the order placed. Please email us within 12 hours of receipt of the product at glamupbeauty9@gmail.com to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage or Defective Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at glamupbeauty9@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms & Conditions

All payments for Glamup need to be made in advance into the bank account through either an NEFT or the online payment gateway on the Glamup website.

We will consider bookings confirmed only after payments have been made into the bank account and we receive a confirmation of the same. In case of a technical or bank-related delay on this, we will request the bank to do a full refund of the payment made.  

Privacy Policy:

Glamup respects the privacy of the users & has made this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. These privacy policies are intended to describe you as an individual; who is our user, the information we collect will be completely confidential with us and will not be disclosed anywhere else with any external/third party agency for marketing, sales, etc purposes. We’ll send you an occasional update ourselves – but feel free to opt out of that as well. In short, we always strive to respect the privacy of our customers completely. We use the information we collect on the our Website to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We do not hold any of your credit card information. This information is securely collected by our authorized payment gateways. With the industry’s most-advanced encryption, fraud prevention, and protection policies, our payment gateways are dedicated to keeping your account safe and secure. Once your information reaches our payment gateways it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
